Our meeting have been on Wednesdays so far, and I know that for people with other commitments, this is a bad day, so i'm opening up votes for the best day for meetings.

wednesdays are, according to university rules, to be kept free from teaching, so make most sense, however I know I am not the only one who has some form of teaching on a wednesday. Please vote on this issue, and then when we have a day we can try and work out times, and then we can get a rolling booking on a room for a standard time and place every other week.

well we set them to wednesday afternoons before because they're *supposed* to be empty slots. but we've established that not all schools are keeping them free this year, so we're looking at other days, and once we've got a day we'll look at the best times for people.
